Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
Employers must be legally registered businesses or authorized representatives.
Users agree not to misuse the Platform for fraud, spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
Job Seekers must provide truthful details in their profiles and applications.
Employers must post genuine job openings and not misrepresent roles, salaries, or conditions.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials.
Rozgar24 provides an online platform for job seekers to apply for jobs and for employers to post job vacancies.
Rozgar24 does not guarantee employment or hiring. Final selection is solely between Job Seekers and Employers.
Rozgar24 may offer premium/paid services, subject to additional terms.
All content on the Platform (designs, text, logos, graphics, software) is owned by Rozgar24 and protected under copyright laws.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform without written permission.
Employers may be charged fees for posting jobs, subscriptions, or premium services.
All payments must be made through authorized payment gateways.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned by Rozgar24.
Rozgar24 is an intermediary connecting Job Seekers and Employers and is not responsible for:
The accuracy of job postings or resumes.
The hiring process or employment conditions.
Any loss, damage, or fraud caused by third parties.
Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk.
User data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Rozgar24 does not sell or misuse personal information but may share limited data with employers or partners as necessary.
Rozgar24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if:
False or misleading information is provided.
Terms are violated.
Any illegal or harmful activity is detected.
Rozgar24 may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana.
