This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms regarding payments made for services on Rozgar24 (“Platform”). By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Policy

Payments made for job postings, premium subscriptions, or any paid services are generally non-refundable.

Users are advised to carefully review the services and pricing before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered under the following conditions:

If you were charged twice due to a technical error.

If the purchased service was not activated within 7 days of payment.

If there is a proven billing error on our part.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

Job postings or subscriptions already activated/used.

Employer has received candidate applications through Rozgar24.

Service was purchased by mistake but already delivered.

Issues arising due to incorrect information provided by the user.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription/plan at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation will stop future billing (if applicable), but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Rozgar24 is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.
